One of our proudest specialties is the Amritsar Kulcha — a crispy, buttery stuffed bread baked fresh in the tandoor and served with spicy chole and tangy chutneys. It’s more than a dish — it’s a slice of Punjab, made the traditional Amritsari way and served hot, golden, and bursting with flavour.
